PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect illegal parking accurately.;SOLUTION: When a door on a driver's seat side of the own vehicle is locked, it is determined whether or not the locking is a locking performed from the outside of the vehicle. If it is determined that the locking is a locking performed from the outside of the vehicle, it is determined that the vehicle has been parked illegally.
