PRODUCTION METHOD OF ASHLESS COAL AND PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT FOR ASHLESS COAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of ashless coal allowing for reduction in production cost of ashless coal by reducing cooling water needed for cooling ashless coal and reusing heat quantity of ashless coal.;SOLUTION: The production method of ashless coal comprises s a mixing step of mixing coal and a solvent, a step of heating a slurry obtained in the mixing step, a step of separating a solution in which the coal component obtained in the heating step is dissolved in a solvent from a slurry, a step of vaporizing the solvent from the solution separated in the separation step, a step of heat exchanging liquid ashless coal obtained in the vaporizing step with a cooling medium, the cooling medium in the heat exchange step being used as the solvent in the mixing step. The production method of ashless coal preferably further comprises a step of recovering the solvent in the heating step, the separation step or the vaporization step and the solvent recovered in the recovering step is preferably used as the cooling medium in the heat exchange step.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
