PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent, a cleaning method, and a cleaning device suitable for the cleaning of sludge treatment equipment.;SOLUTION: Provided is a cleaning agent containing: an alkali component (A); and a surfactant (B), and to which water is further added upon at least use. Since the cleaning agent is high in adhesiveness to a hard surface formed with a metallic material, and further, forms, stable foam, thus is stuck to a hard surface with a curved face such as a screen 15 without being sagged out from the hard surface. Further, since the cleaning agent infiltrates into the opening port (through hole) of the screen 15, the cleaning removal of sludge not only from the circumferential of the opening part of the screen 15 but also from the inside thereof is made possible.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
