METHOD OF SUPPRESSING OCCURRENCE OF FATIGUE CRACK IN STEEL FLOOR SLAB AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STEEL FLOOR SLAB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method suitable for suppressing the occurrence of a fatigue crack at a root part of a welding part for joining an U-rib and a deck plate in a steel floor slab, and the development of the fatigue crack when it is generated at the root part.;SOLUTION: A loading process and an unloading process are carried out with respect to a base material 20 (steel floor slab 2). In the loading process, a part of a deck plate 3 existing outer side than a pair of weld beads 10 is depressed downward from above by a pressing part 16 so that a part of the deck plate 3 existing inner side than the pair of weld beads 10 is bent upward.
