PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve practicality for image recognition processing.;SOLUTION: An image recognition apparatus comprises an image recognition unit 11 for outputting inspection result information indicating a processing state of food 10 by performing image recognition on image data of the food 10 based on a learning content in a learning phase of the image recognition unit 11, and a setting unit 12 for setting a hyper parameter for the image recognition unit 11 that causes the image recognition unit 11 to execute the learning phase based on a learning content in a learning phase of the setting unit 12.
