PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination boundary detection apparatus, a lamination boundary detection method, a lamination boundary detection program, and a recording medium therefor which are resistant to noise fluctuation and which are not required for a correlation analysis.SOLUTION: A lamination boundary detecting apparatus Ma of the present invention comprises an image acquiring unit 11 for acquiring an image data of a cross section of the lamination; a brightness projection processing unit 122 for obtaining a brightness projection along a laminate direction in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the laminate direction with respect to the acquired image data; a differential absolute value processing unit 123 for obtaining an absolute value of a differential value as a differential absolute value with respect to the obtained brightness projection; a noise elimination processing unit 124 for extracting a differential absolute value exceeding a predetermined ratio of the maximum value of the differential absolute value or a large differential absolute value from the obtained differential absolute value; and a boundary extraction processing unit 125a for determining the position of a boundary surface of the lamination in the cross section on the basis of the extracted differential absolute value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
