PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical line management device, an optical line management method, and an optical line management program which prevent delay of line opening processing of an optical line.;SOLUTION: An optical line management device 10 includes a receiving unit that receives, from a user terminal device 20, information used for specifying an optical line terminal device 60 and information used for specifying a base station 50a where the optical line terminal device 60 is installed, a physical opening unit that executes physical opening processing of an optical line to which the optical line terminal unit 60 is connected on the basis of the information used for specifying the optical line terminal unit 60, a logical opening unit that causes logical opening processing of the optical line to be executed on the basis of the information used for specifying the base station 50a, and a notification unit that notifies the user terminal device 20 of information indicating that at least the physical opening processing and the logical opening processing have been completed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
