PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a HbA1c measurement-purpose structure that can be used in a Point-of-Care Testing or Self-Monitoring of Blood Glucose, and to provide a HbA1c measurement device that is equipped with the HbA1c measurement-purpose structure.;SOLUTION: A HbA1c measurement-purpose flow channel structure 100 is composed by cementing a first base material 101A with a second base material 101B, and between either base material, formed are: first to third flow channels 102 to 104; and a mixture processing tank 105 directly connecting to each of the first to third flow channels 102 to 104. First and second developing solutions supplied from the first and second flow channels 102 and 103 are configured to be suppliable to the third flow channel 104 after being mixed in a mixture processing tank 105. In the third flow channel 104, a porous silica monolithic column 111 is included, and a surface of the porous silica monolithic column 111, in which a pore (mesopore, micropore, and macropore) does not exist, indicates an anionicity having the surface modified by polymer.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
