PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an inlet temperature of crusher at crusher of circulatory system pulverization plant to be predicted in high accuracy.;SOLUTION: This invention relates to a circulatory system pulverization plant comprising a heat gas generating device, a mill and a bag filter in which a part of exhaust gas got from the bag filter is diffused into atmospheric air and circulated to the heat gas generating device under application of a circulation fan. A mill inlet temperature TIN is computed on the basis of a heat balance for making-up a calory ΔQHGG generated by a burner, a workload ΔQFAN by the circulation fan and an exhaust heat quantity by diffusion of exhaust gas into the atmospheric air by an equation(102), Cx(Fbug-Fexh)(TIN TOUT)=ΔQHGG+ΔQFAN+CxFexhx(TOUT-T0)---(102) under application of a specific heat C of gas, a bag filter outlet exhaust gas flow rate Fbug, a diffusion gas flow rate Fexh, a mill outlet temperature TOUT and ambient temperature T0.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
