PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration process of antifreeze and a regeneration system of antifreeze which can regenerate a large quantity of antifreeze efficiently.;SOLUTION: In a regeneration process of antifreeze, antifreeze is regenerated while flowing the antifreeze within piping 3. The regeneration process includes: a step of adding flocculating agent to the antifreeze flowing in the piping 3; a step of stirring the antifreeze in the piping 3; and a step of filtering the antifreeze in the piping 3.
