PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture an H-type steel product of specially high web center positional precision which avoids a collapse of the attitude of the rolling workpiece upstream of the center axis of a barrel width variable horizontal roll, and is capable of being shared by H-type steel sizes of different flange widths to undergo no influence of fluctuations in flange width, and to keep no risk of a material-through failure such as surface flaw or guide jamming.;SOLUTION: A finish universal rolling machine comprises a pair of upper and lower barrel width variable horizontal rolls that make a rolling workpiece of an H-type intermediate material molded by rolling through intermediate rolling and correct a flange inclined outside an H-type intermediate material to mold an H-type steel product by rolling, where the barrel width variable horizontal rolls are composed of a pair of right and left split rolls, a pair of web restriction rolls that restrict an H-type intermediate member or an H-type steel product web in a space formed between the right and left spit rolls, and a pair of upper and lower inner eccentric sleeves provided in the web restriction rolls to be capable of turning on the outer periphery of spindles of a pair of upper and lower barrel width variable horizontal rolls.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
