PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce accidently inserting an IC card having outside dimensions smaller than outside dimensions of an IC card that should be inserted in a card insertion port part in a device into which a plurality of kinds of IC cards are inserted.;SOLUTION: In front of a first card insertion port part 3b, a rib 5a that extends in a same axial direction with a card insertion direction and corresponds to a longitudinal direction width of the card insertion port part is provided.
