PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interaction flow control apparatus allowing for natural interaction control, an interaction flow control method, and a program.SOLUTION: An interaction flow control apparatus which determines a behavior with respect to user input, to perform interaction control, includes an input interpretation unit, a determination unit, a storage unit, and a correction unit. The input interpretation unit interprets user input. The determination unit determines a behavior of the interaction flow control apparatus, on the basis of a result obtained by the input interpretation unit. The storage unit stores list information indicating priority information which indicates priority of slots and input information which indicates whether values corresponding to the slots have not been input or not, for every slots indicating events which are independent of each other. When there is a slot relating to the behavior determined by the determination unit and a priority slot higher in priority than the slot and indicating a slot which has not been input yet, in the list information, the correction unit corrects the behavior determined by the determination unit to a behavior relating to the priority slot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
