PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate sheet for forming septum for encapsulating an aperture of a vial for a headspace GC or for a headspace GC-MS, a manufacturing method thereof, septum consisting of the laminate sheet.;SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate sheet for forming septum for encapsulating an aperture of a vial for a headspace GC analysis or for a headspace GC-MS analysis, in which an aromatic polyimide film with thickness of 10 to 200 μm, and a hydrosilylation reaction cured silicone rubber layer containing (A) fumed silica with thickness of 1.2 to 5 mm and D4-D15 content of 250 mass.ppm or less as a reinforcement filler, having elongation defined by JIS K 6249 of 380% or more, 100% modulus of 0.20 to 1.35 MPa are adhered and laminated, four corners of a laminate sheet test piece with 120 mm square do not curve to a shape of a terminal of semi-arc or a shape of a terminal of C shaped, and average warpage of four corners is 35 mm or less.
