PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fluid transport amount per unit time.;SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fluid transport device such as a pump member 110 and the like including a cylindrical inner wall part 120 made of cylindrical elastic body forming a flow passage where fluid is transported and a cylindrical outer wall part 130 arranged to enclose the inner wall part so as to supply pressurizing medium to a space between the inner wall part and the outer wall part to deform the inner wall part toward a central axis side of the flow passage and shows a feature that there are provided fixing members such as flanges 140, 145 and the like for use in fixing the cylindrical inner wall part at the upstream side and the downstream side in the transporting direction and three locations of the inner wall part are defined by the fixing members to become deformation peak locations.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
