PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output performance diagnostic device of fuel cell, an output performance diagnostic system of fuel cell, an output performance diagnostic method of fuel cell, and an output performance diagnostic program of fuel cell, capable of calculating the maximum output power, that can be outputted potentially from the fuel cell while suppressing degradation in fuel consumption of the fuel cell.SOLUTION: An output performance diagnostic device of fuel cell acquires the current-voltage characteristics of a fuel cell during a period where the output voltage of the fuel cell has changed after maintained at or above a lower limit voltage and at or below a voltage threshold level higher than the lower limit voltage for a prescribed period or more, during trip of a vehicle, when a determination was made that a representative value of impedance of a fuel cell acquired during the trip of the vehicle traveling with the fuel cell as a power source, is equal to or below an impedance threshold, and then calculates the maximum output power of the fuel cell, based on the acquired current-voltage characteristics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
