PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stab-proof plate having high impact resistance against a sharp cutter, etc.SOLUTION: A stab-proof plate 1 is a plate that is compression molded of a resin-impregnated fiber bundle, where the resin-impregnated fiber bundle is integrated by impregnating 25-300 pts.mass of thermoplastic resin (B) to 100 pts.mass of a bundle of a fiber material (A), the stab-proof plate including the following characteristics: a length (L) is 10-50 mm; a width-directional cross section is flat-shaped having a major axis and a minor axis (major axis lengthminor axis length); an average length of the major axis (D1) is 0.5-4.0 mm; an average flat ratio (D1/D2) calculated from the average length of the major axis (D1) and an average length of the minor axis (D2) is 1.0-8.0; and a ratio of L and D1 (L/D1) is 10-50. The stab-proof plate is required to include the resin-impregnated fiber bundle with a thickness of 1.5-10 mm and a density of 1.10-1.80 g/cmin a state in which the bundle is randomly arranged in three-dimension to be in a surface direction and be inclined to the surface direction and in an aspect in which fiber bundles that are contacted with each other are fused and compressed with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
