PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocking device of an elevator landing door and an unlocking system that unlock a landing door lock without providing a keyhole for an emergency unlocking and without using an unlocking bar while leaving a room for an operation of a manual operating piece if required.;SOLUTION: An unlocking device 50 for an elevator landing door includes a landing door lock 52 including a hooking part 54 and a latch 56, an operating piece 60 supported to be rotatable around a supporting point 62 provided in an edge of a landing door 22, a wire 68 connecting the latch 56 and the operating piece 60, and an emergency unlocking part 70 unlocking the landing door lock 52 by rotating the operating piece 60 to pull the wire 68. The emergency unlocking part 70 rotates the operating piece 60 to unlock the landing door lock 52 when an AND condition is satisfied, namely, there is a wireless unlocking signal, there is no signal during traveling of an elevator, and there is no door opening signal for the elevator.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
