REORDERING DEVICE, REORDERING METHOD, AND REORDERING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reordering device, a reordering method, and a reordering program, capable of efficiently reordering even a syntax tree having a large number of branches such as a dependent structure with respect to a long sentence.SOLUTION: The reordering method includes the steps of: parsing an input source language sentence and generating a syntax tree representing the source language sentence; for each of pairs of sibling nodes of the syntax tree, on the basis of a predetermined binary classification reordering model for determining whether to maintain or reverse a current order of the sibling node pairs, calculating a determination score; for each sibling node group of the syntax tree, by maintaining or reversing the current order of the sibling node pairs on the basis of the calculated determination score, reordering sibling node groups; when the order of the sibling node groups is undecidable, by searching for the optimal order of sibling node groups by a branch and bound method, reordering the sibling node groups; and reordering words of the source language sentence on the basis of the reordered syntax tree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
