PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method and a production system of hydrogen peroxide by a safe anthraquinone process.SOLUTION: A production method of hydrogen peroxide includes: a hydrogenation step (A) for reducing anthraquinones in an actuation solution containing the anthraquinones and a solvent to form anthrahydroquinones; an oxidation step (B) for converting the anthrahydroquinones coming from the step (A) to the anthraquinones to produce hydrogen peroxide; an extraction step (C) for separating the hydrogen peroxide coming from the step (B) from the actuation solution; a finishing step (D) for refining and concentrating the hydrogen peroxide coming from the step (C); and a circulation step (E) for returning at least part of the actuation solution coming from the step (C) to the step (A). The production method further includes a step (F) for withdrawing oxidized drain formed in the step (B) and part of the actuation solution from an oxidation tower bottom as a withdrawn liquid, separating the withdrawn liquid into the actuation solution and the hydrogen peroxide, and returning the separated actuation solution to the step (B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
