PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress estimation device or the like capable of estimating an extent of chronic stress not only for a measurement timing at which a measurement object is measured, but also for a timing different from the measurement timing.;SOLUTION: A stress estimation device 301 includes: a schedule information processing part 302 for specifying an extent of psychological burden that an object receives from an event that is generated in the object that receives stress (hereinafter called an object event) based on schedule information including a period in which the object event is generated (hereinafter called an event period) in the object that receives stress, and burden information including the extent of the psychological burden received from the event per unit time; and a chronic stress estimation part 303 for estimating the extent of the psychological burden specified on the object event by calculating the extent of the psychological burden of the object in a case where the psychological burden is received in the event period, and accumulating the extent of the calculated psychological burdens on the object event included in the schedule information as the extent of the stress received by the object on the schedule information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
