Super-resolution imaging of protein-protein interactions

The present disclosure provides methods and compositions for detecting intramolecular and intermolecular interactions, such as protein-protein interactions. Such methods are called super-resolution detection and imaging methods because such interactions are detected at sub-diffraction distances.
