PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image tremor correction device and imaging device that enable a simple configuration to reduce magnetic noise generated by coils.SOLUTION: An image tremor correction device comprises: an image tremor correction action part that is movably provided in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis; a stationary part that supports the image tremor correction action part; a permanent magnet that is provided in any one of the image tremor correction action part and the stationary part; a coil that is provided in other thereof; driving means that relatively moves the image tremor correction action part with respect to the stationary part, using electromagnetic force between the permanent magnet and the coil; and a non-magnetism conductivity member that is arranged opposing a face to be formed by a winding wire of the coil between the coil and an image pick-up element, and has an opposing face with an area broader than a face to be formed by an inner periphery of the coil. The conductivity member has a bending part on an outer side further than a position opposing the inner periphery of the coil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
