PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform coordination between a plurality of ordering organizations and a plurality of order receiving organizations by using a Web service in an electronic bidding.;SOLUTION: In a data coordinating system, when comparing a result list 1, which contains output authentication information included in request information received by a request information reception part 101 from an ordering side, with a result list 2, which contains output authentication information retrieved from an authentication information database 105 using an ordering organization code received by an ordering organization identification processing part 102 from the ordering side as a key, and determining that both the result lists meet each other, a response information returning part 104 acquires business information from a business information database 106, and transmits it as response information to the ordering side so as to coordinate bidding jobs.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
