PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money amount charging system capable of charging an amount of money that an administrator sets in a storage medium that a user carries, a money amount charging machine, a station work system, and an automatic ticket examination machine.SOLUTION: A money amount charging system according to an embodiment has a server having a setting part and a charging permission part, and a money amount charging machine having a request part and a charging execution part. The setting part sets a charging process with reserve money for charging an amount of money that an administrator specifies in a storage medium that a user presents. When the charging process with reserve money is requested from the money amount charging machine, the charging permission part supplies setting details of the charging process to the money amount charging machine. The request part requests a server of the charging process with reserve money according to user operation. When acquiring the setting details of the charging process with reserve money from the server, the charging execution part charges the amount of money in the storage medium that the user presents based upon the setting details.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
