PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the information of a point of takeoff and landing by an aircraft capable of transporting supplies efficiently when disaster strikes.;SOLUTION: A supplies transportation support device 101, as described in (1) and (2) of figure 1, extracts, from a first area to which trucks are reachable and a second area to which trucks are unreachable, candidates of a selected flight section, and then determines, based on the flight times of the candidates of the selected flight section, the selected flight section. Then, the supplies transportation support device 101, as described in (3) of figure 1, identifies, from the second area, a third area to which trucks are reachable from the landing shelter of the selected flight section, and a fourth area to which trucks are unreachable.
