PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure of an existing pipeline structure and a construction method for the reinforcement structure capable of constructing reinforcement countermeasure even if there is any existing facility inside the pipeline structure.SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure 30 of an existing pipeline structure comprises: an upper support part 32 that is placed to a circumferential direction at a top edge of an inner space wall of the existing pipeline structure; a lower support part 33 that is placed to a circumferential direction at a bottom edge of an inner space wall of the existing pipeline structure; and a skeleton part W that has a column parts 31 connecting the upper support part and the lower support part. The skeleton part comprises: a plurality of I-shaped bar arrangement members that are disposed to a pipe line axial direction with multiple intervals, and placed along the upper support part, the lower support part, and the column part; surface members that are supported with the plurality of I-shaped bar arrangement members, and form each surface of the upper support part, the lower support part and the column part; and filler that fills a filling space enclosed by the top edge, the bottom edge, and the surface member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
