PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new reaping foliage transfer device facilitating situation confirmation in which the visual confirmation of the backward visual field and the behavior of the reaping foliage transferred in the transfer duct are sufficiently enabled even if adopting a single pipe-shaped transfer duct being superior in a transfer function of the reaping foliage, as well as a reaping device with the same.;SOLUTION: A reaping foliage transfer device is attached in the rear stage to a cutting blade 31 applied in the width direction of the tea ridge T of a reaping object, and once lifts a reaping foliage A from right after the cutting blade 31 by the action of carrier air W1 supplied from an air duct 6 to transfer it in the transfer duct 6 to a predetermined position. The transfer duct 6 is constituted in a single pipe shape where a transfer line is not branched on the way, and the cross-section shape comprises a flat cross-sectional shape by front and rear front plates 6F being long in the widthwise direction of the cutting blade 31, a back plate 6R and both side face plates 6S for connecting these.
