PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an operation power factor of photovoltaic power generation and a power factor of a load with high precision, thereby estimating a power generation output by photovoltaic power generation equipment with high precision.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation output P(t) at every time t by maximum tide and a photovoltaic power generation output P(t) at every time t by vector decomposition for each of a plurality of combinations of a value of power factor cosθ of a load and a value of operation power factor cosφ of photovoltaic power generation are compared to each other for each of the plurality of combinations of values of power factor cosθ, cosφ, thereby identifying such a combination of power factor cosθ, cosφ that correlation becomes maximum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
