SELECTION RANK SETTING METHOD OF SELECTION CONVEYOR AND SELECTION RANK SETTING DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a complicated time consuming setting operation for determining load cell-based selection ranks in a weight type selection form, which conventionally requires detailed accurate settings of positioning operations for minimum values and maximum values in weighing at boundary positions between respective selection ranks.;SOLUTION: A selection rank setting method of a selection conveyor comprises: operating a rank setting dial 5 for setting selection ranks according to weighed weight values on the basis of operation states of a selection dish conveyor 3 and a load cell 2; and selecting, by an operator, visually and/or manually objects to be selected deemed to belong to a particular selection rank, and placing each one at a time on the weighing dish 1 so as to allow the selection conveyor to automatically set each selection rank that the objects to be selected belong while using the load cell 2 to weigh the weight of the object to be selected one by one, and storing and registering a minimum value (or a maximum value) in weighed values of the objects to be selected corresponding to each of the selection ranks.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
