PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rover and a rover measurement system capable of detecting an inclination of the rover itself and measuring a measurement point regardless of the inclination of the rover.SOLUTION: A rover includes: a pole 2 whose lower end shows a measurement point; a measurement auxiliary device 3 provided at a predetermined position of the pole; an orientation sensing device 5 integrally provided with the measurement auxiliary device and detecting the orientation of the measurement auxiliary device; and a measurement object 4 provided at a known distance from a pole lower end. The measurement auxiliary device is rotatably supported with orthogonal two axes as a center, and includes: a horizontal detection unit for detecting inclination in the two axes direction; a motor provided so as to rotate each axis; an encoder provided on each axis; and an arithmetic processor for controlling the motor so that the horizontal detection unit is set horizontal based on a detection result from the horizontal detection unit. The encoder detects a rotation of each axis, and the arithmetic processor calculates deviation of the horizontal two directions of the measurement object against the measurement point and the deviation of the vertical direction against the distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
