PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a mold, a method of manufacturing a pattern sheet, a method of manufacturing an electroformed mold, a method of manufacturing a mold using an electroformed mold, and an original plate.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a mold includes: preparing an original plate 10 which has an inclined part 10C formed so as to surround the periphery of a projection pattern 10A defined in a central part on a base 11 and increasing its thickness from the inside toward the outside, and a thermoplastic resin sheet 20; pressing the heated original plate 10 against the thermoplastic resin sheet 20, in a position where a flat surface 10B of the original plate 10 is separated from a surface 20B of the thermoplastic resin sheet 20; cooling the original plate 10 while the original plate 10 is pressed; and separating the original plate 10 from the thermoplastic resin sheet 20 to form a recessed pattern 20A on the thermoplastic resin sheet 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
