PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage flow table resources in a multiple tenant software definition network (SDN) environment.SOLUTION: A soft split resource manager includes three modules. An SPRM management module includes a hybrid mode changeover module, and uses hybrid processing of two modes in a management process. Furthermore, it includes a lowest minimum use frequency-partial timeout reset (LRU-PTR) execution module, and by dividing flow entry, selects an object required to be replaced, according to an idle state of the flow entry transmitted automatically from a switch. Furthermore, it includes a tenant resource dynamic upper limit value setting module, and sets a dynamic upper limit value of a used amount of each tenant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
