PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration prediction method allowing fine correction of a signal distorting factor such as noises added while an intrinsic spectrum is obtained.SOLUTION: A concentration prediction method includes: estimating (S101) an in vivo intrinsic spectrum of an analyte; and predicting (S103) the in vivo concentration of the analyte by using a concentration prediction algorithm on the basis of the obtained in vivo intrinsic spectrum and an in vivo spectrum acquired (S102) during a section in which the in vivo concentration of the analyte is not substantially changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
