PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method capable of correctly recognizing an inspection position and obtaining satisfactory inspection result, a detection device, a screening method, a screening device, and a biochip.;SOLUTION: A detection method using a biochip comprises: a first detection step of optically detecting a first gap between a plurality of biomolecule support regions arranged on a first surface of a biochip and a second gap different from the first gap; an alignment step of performing positioning to the plurality of biomolecule support regions on the basis of at least detection result of the second gap; and a second detection step of detecting affinity between a biomolecule formed in the biomolecule support region and a target included in a specimen.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
