PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production methods of silodosin-containing particles in which the bitterness of silodosin is suppressed and production of analogues is suppressed, and to provide production methods of orally disintegrating tablet containing silodosin.;SOLUTION: The production method of silodosin-containing particles according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by that a powder mixture comprising silodosin is kneaded with water to obtain a kneaded product, 125 parts by mass or more to 800 parts by mass or less of powder of aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer E is added to the kneaded products with respect to 100 parts by mass of the silodosin and is mixed, and an obtained mixture is heated at a higher temperature than the glass transition point of the aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer E.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
