PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone call inspection system that is capable of objectively performing telephone call inspection between the inside of an elevator car and a monitoring center.SOLUTION: This telephone call inspection system is provided with: an elevator car to which a call device for calling with the outside is provided; a notification control unit that notifies question information indicating a question to the inspector of the call device; a voice recognition unit that recognizes a voice input via the call device; and a comparison unit that executes comparison to determine whether the content of the recognized voice is included in a reply list relating to the question, and characterized in that the notification control unit notifies information indicating the completion of the telephone call inspection of the elevator to the call device when the comparison unit determines that the content of the voice is included in the reply list.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
