PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous maintenance solution against mold and the like.;SOLUTION: A living space maintenance device M includes a living space prediction part 2 which acquires information on at least temperature and humidity from a sensor S installed in a user's living space 1 and uses a prediction logic part 23 on the basis of the information on the acquired temperature and humidity to predict the degree of living space contamination in the living space 1; and a living space management part 3 dispatching an engineer to the user's living space 1 when the degree of living space contamination predicted by the living space prediction part 2 is higher than a threshold.
