PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical small hydroelectric power generation turbine that is adaptable to installation conditions of small rivers over a wider range by improving a simplified turbine that is adopted in Published application No.2015-169204.SOLUTION: A small hydroelectric power generation turbine is characterized in a structure that a simplified turbine consisting of a turbine runner and a duct spoon is used as an enclosed turbine, a labyrinth structure is provided between the turbine runner and a turbine bracket, a shaft seal water device is provided in a shaft penetration part of the turbine bracket, a flowing water deflection plate and a flowing water suppression plate are provided in a turbine runner chamber, and a high-pressure water stream within the runner chamber effectively acts on a runner blade. High-pressure water flowing into the turbine is available substantially all. A drain hole is provided on a curved blade of the turbine runner, and regarding a runner blade, an outer peripheral end of the blade is attached at a position delayed from an inner peripheral end of the blade to be attached to a runner drum at θ degrees in an anti-rotation direction for attaching the blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
