PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create a content comprising an image object arranged in a virtual three-dimensional space and a sound associated with the image object.;SOLUTION: There is provided an acoustic characteristic parameter editing device having the following display control means, setting means, and writing means. The display control means causes a display device to display an image object. The setting means sets an acoustic characteristic parameter indicating acoustic characteristics according to a position in a depth direction of the image object on a display screen of the display device.
