PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: while charging an electric vehicle at a fixed charging station, a user is required to make a plan for the waiting time in accordance with the location of the charging station when using a system serving to consume the waiting time in an effective manner.SOLUTION: The system comprises: a task information acquisition part for acquiring task information relating to a plurality of tasks of a mobile body that loads a storage cell and is movable using electric power provided by the storage cell; and a trade partner determining part for determining, based on the task information acquired from the task information acquisition part, a partner to trade the electric power with the mobile body at a location where at least one of the tasks from the plurality of tasks is practiced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
