PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device of steel material, a manufacturing apparatus of steel material, a rolling method of steel material and a manufacturing method of steel material which does not cause the lowering of rolling efficiency even when a bend occurs on steel material during transportation.SOLUTION: A rolling device 1 of steel material includes: a rolling mill 30 which rolls steel material transported by a transport device 20; a side guide mechanism 80 which adjusts a relative position in a width direction of the steel material with respect to the rolling mill 30; a bend detection mechanism 90 which detects a bend amount of the steel material transported by the rolling mill 30; an opening degree correction amount calculation part 103 which calculates a correction amount for correcting an initial opening degree of the side guide mechanism 80 preset based on the bend amount of the steel material detected on the bend detection mechanism 90; and a side guide control part 112 which changes an opening degree of the side guide mechanism 80 in accordance with the correction amount calculated on the opening degree correction amount calculation part 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
