System and method for tracking a target using quality indicators during radiation therapy

Systems and methods are provided for target tracking using quality indicators during radiation therapy. An exemplary method can include determining a location result indicating a location of a target within a plurality of images representing images acquired in a radiation therapy treatment session. The method may also include determining a quality indication for each location result. The method can further include extracting one or more features from each location result.
