PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis system of T-cell receptor and B-cell receptor repertoire and use thereof for treatment and diagnosis.;SOLUTION: Quantitative analysis of T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) variable region repertoire is carried out using non-biased gene sequence analysis. The quantitative analysis of T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) variable region repertoire of a test subject uses a database and comprises: (1) a step of providing a non-biased amplification of a nucleic acid sample including nucleic acid sequences of T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR); (2) a step of determining the nucleic acid sequence included in the nucleic acid sample; and (3) a step of calculating the frequency of appearance of each gene and combinations thereof on the basis of the determined nucleic acid sequence, and deriving the repertoire of TCR and BCR of the test subject therefrom.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
