TREATMENT METHOD FOR INSTALLING FACILITY ON LAND CONTAMINATED WITH HARMFUL ORGANIC MATTER AND METAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the environment/safety when a facility or the like having a strict environmental standard is newly installed in a place where soil is contaminated with harmful organic matter and metal.SOLUTION: In order to block the migration of harmful organic matter and metal remaining in soil, treatment which uses a silicone resin liquid having water repellency when solidified, using a silicone resin emulsion having water repellency when solidified, is performed, thereby blocking the migration of the harmful matter. There are the following four cases in which the treatment is to be performed: (1) when contamination is serious, soil is dug out and transferred to a final disposal site to be buried; (2) the surface layer part of contaminated soil is particularly removed and transferred to be buried; (3) contaminated soil is not transferred; and (4) a concrete wall is constructed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
