A method of forming a strip is provided. The method may include providing a piece of paper from a substrate sheet and directing the piece of paper through a first mold to form an intermediate form of string. The method may further include the step of directing the intermediate form string from the first mold through the second mold, wherein the intermediate form string exits the second mold in a substantially untwisted state.
