PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a continuous renal replacement therapy that prevents an alarm to be actuated frequently by a temporary change in blood pressure of an artery and a vein.SOLUTION: An extracorporeal alarm suppression method includes a step (S30) for monitoring blood vessel access pressure of a patient including blood pressure of an artery and/or a vein, steps (S30 and S50) for detecting an access pressure alarm state when the blood pressure of the artery or the vein exceeds a predetermined alarm limit value, a step (S45) for setting a device to an alarm suppression state by reducing a blood flow rate and a therapeutic flow rate using alarm suppression state setting means when an access pressure alarm state is detected, a step (S40) for confirming that a predetermined alarm suppression state condition is satisfied, using alarm suppression state condition detection means, and a step (S75) for setting the device to a safe state using safe state setting means when the access pressure alarm state is detected again (S50) after the alarm suppression state condition is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
