PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provisionally calculate evaluation of combinations of facilities introduced to an energy plant and each combination thereof.SOLUTION: An energy plant plan support device for planning facilities introduced to an energy plant inputs purchase conditions of power and fuel purchased from an outside, specifications of a plurality of cogeneration facilities inputting the fuel and outputting at least the power, specifications of a plurality of supply facilities inputting the power, the fuel, hot water or steam and outputting cold water, the hot water or the steam, demand load conditions being at least any of a demand power amount, a demand cold water amount, a demand hot water amount and a demand steam amount consumed in the energy plant, and a configuration of the energy plant including the cogeneration facilities and the supply facilities, combines the cogeneration facilities and the supply facilities and generates a facility pattern capable of satisfying demand load conditions based on data input to an input part, and calculates costs or a carbon dioxide discharge amount generated in the facility pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
