PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway comfort evaluation method and a railway comfort evaluation device which can accurately analyze the degree of comfort and its secular change, which are felt by passengers of a railway vehicle, on the basis of continuous objective data.;SOLUTION: A railway comfort evaluation method continuously acquires cerebral blood flow data by using brain activity measuring devices 2 which measure a cerebral blood flow of the heads of subjects boarding on a railway vehicle, and acquires information contributing to evaluate the degree of comfort and its secular change, which are felt by the subjects boarding on the railway vehicle, on the basis of the acquired cerebral blood flow data.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
