PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a V2X communication apparatus for verifying V2X data reliability capable of calculating a reliability level of V2X data by a system level (guidance/warning/control) on the basis of a standard parameter for a vehicle application, and providing an in-vehicle apparatus with V2X data including the reliability level, a V2X communication system including the same and a method thereof.SOLUTION: A V2X communication apparatus concerning the present invention includes: a message transmitting/receiving part which receives a V2X communication message, and transmits V2X data to an in-vehicle apparatus; a parameter calculation part which calculates a reliability verification parameter for verifying reliability to the V2X data; a reliability level determination part which determines the reliability level by comparing the reliability verification parameter with a predetermined reference value; and a message generation part which generates the V2X data by using the V2X communication message, and generates the V2X data including the determined reliability level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
